Email QR Code Generator
An email QR code opens the scanner's mail app with the recipient, subject line, and message already filled in — they just review and hit send. It removes the friction of typing out an address correctly on a phone keyboard.
Use it on support desks, feedback cards, event badges, or anywhere you'd rather someone email you than search for your address. Fill in the fields below and your code is ready instantly.

How to make an email QR code
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Optionally add a subject line and a short message, so the email is already started when someone scans.
- Style the code, pick a size and download it.
Tips for an email QR code that scans reliably
- Keep any prefilled message brief. Long bodies make the code dense and some mail apps handle them inconsistently.
- Use a shared or role address such as hello@ or support@. A printed address can be read by anyone, including spam collectors.
- Write a subject that tells you where the email came from, for example "Flyer inquiry".
- Scan the finished code with a phone that uses your usual mail app to check the draft opens correctly.
Email QR code: frequently asked questions
Does scanning send the email automatically?
No. Scanning opens a draft in the phone's email app with the address, subject and message filled in. The person still reviews it and taps Send.
Which email app opens?
The phone's default mail app, or the app the person has set to handle email links.
Can I leave the subject and message empty?
Yes. Only the address is required. With the others empty, the code simply opens a blank message to that address.
